Overview

We want you to be satisfied with your order. If there is an issue with your purchase, please contact us and we will do our best to resolve it.


Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for unused and unworn items in their original condition.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be in original condition
  • Items must not show signs of use, wear, or damage
  • Return requests must be submitted within 14 days of receiving your order

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Used or worn patches
  • Items damaged after delivery
  • Sale or clearance items (if applicable)
  • Custom or limited-edition drops (if applicable)

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.


Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect. If you need an exchange for the same item, contact us at Support@wyrddoctrine.com.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We will replace the item or issue a refund where appropriate.


Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet:

  1. Check your bank account again
  2. Contact your credit card company (it may take time to post)
  3. Contact your bank for processing delays
